Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change — we’re happy to work with you! However, to respect the time and effort of our team, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests follow the guidelines below:
🔔 Notice Period

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a $40 late cancellation fee.
🚪 Missed Appointments / Lockouts

If our team arrives for a scheduled cleaning and is unable to access your property (due to a locked door, no key/code provided, or client no-show), this will be considered a missed appointment and a full cleaning fee may be charged.
🔁 Recurring Clients

If you're on a recurring schedule and need to skip a visit, just let us know 24 hours in advance — we’ll pause your service at no cost and resume at your next scheduled time.
💳 Refunds

If you cancel within the required window and have prepaid for your service, we’ll refund the full amount or apply it as credit toward your next appointment — your choice.
